By signing up or continuing to use our service, you are agreeing to the following terms:
- You get the first 30 days free, unless you use a promo code that offers more. After that you will be billed for the following 30 days, and this will repeat every 30 days.
- If you wish to cancel your service, you must contact us and let us know. Your account will be immediately cancelled. There are no refunds for partial billing periods.
- There will be periods of down time. This is a web service, so it is inevitable that this will happen at least once. Usually this is due to routine maintenance and will be limited to very short periods of time. If we determine that a scheduled maintenance will take a long period of time, we will do our best to give you plenty of notice and also to do it at a time of least impact, usually weekend nights.
- There may also be interruptions of service due to hardware failure or loss of internet connectivity, either yours or ours. We cannot issue refunds due to downtime as it is usually out of our hands to remedy them. We have to wait just like you do.
- Our system makes every possible effort to make sure that items get shipped where and how they are supposed to be. Most of this information is determined by how you've set up your product categories, so understand that it is up to you to determine if items are getting shipped properly. For example, we assume no respnsiblility if a gun and ammo got shipped together. You are the ultimate gatekeeper in this regard.
- We assume no responsibility for 3rd party services such as shipping providers and merchant accounts. We simply connect with them and facilitate the communication between your store and their systems. If they are experiencing an issue, you will have to contact them to inquire on an ETA for it to be fixed, etc. However, Easy Post is fantastic about alerting you when issues arise and when it's fixed.
- We assume no responsibility for data loss or theft. We take every precaution we can to ensure this won't happen but no system is 100% infallible. There's risks involved in this type of business and you agree you are assuming those risks entirely on your behalf.
- In the event that your credit card is declined, our system will keep trying but eventually it will give up and your account will be suspended. If this happens, any prmotional offer or rate that you received when signing up may be voided and instead you may be charged the normal monthly rate of $69.99
- We reserves the right to cancel your subscription with a 30-day notice. In the event of such termination, you will be provided with written notice at the email address associated with your account. During this notice period, you will have the opportunity to retrieve any data or information stored within your subscription. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to the subscription services and any associated benefits.
